How much does cosmetic surgery cost?

Type the procedures you are thinking of to see a rough guide to the cost. It is a guide to help you plan, not a quote.

Before you see a price

We know you want a rough idea of cost before you pay for a consultation. We think that is only fair, and it is part of our commitment to being open about prices.

By using this estimator, you agree that:

  • The figures are a rough guide only. They are not a quote or an offer, and we will not honour them as a price.
  • We work hard to keep the estimator accurate, but it can make mistakes, for example by matching the wrong procedure or using an out-of-date price.
  • Your price depends on your consultation and what you and your surgeon agree. Prices can also change.
  • Your firm price is only ever given in writing, in a quotation after your consultation.
Included in the price of surgery
  • Your pre-operative assessment and basic blood tests
  • The surgery, your anaesthetic and your stay at Waterfront
  • Medicines to take home, and dressings
  • Nurse check-ups and wound care
  • Follow-up appointments with your surgeon for the first 12 months
  • Treatment of complications caused directly by your surgery
  • A post-surgical bra after breast surgery, fitted before you go home
Not included
  • Your consultation (£200), paid separately and not refundable. A second consultation before you decide is free.
  • Special tests or scans, such as a mammogram, ultrasound or MRI
  • Any additional procedures
  • Treatment unrelated to your surgery, or care at another hospital
  • Revision surgery for cosmetic reasons when your result is within the normal range

Having more than one procedure

When two procedures are done in the same operation, the second costs less, because you have one hospital admission, one anaesthetic and one recovery. The cost of implants is not reduced. This is not an incentive to have more than one procedure. We rarely perform more than two major procedures together, so we do not give a guide for three or more.

Paying with finance

We offer interest-free finance in partnership with Omni Capital Retail Finance: 6-month or 10-month interest-free plans, with a deposit between 10% and 50% of the treatment cost. Finance is subject to status. Your patient coordinator can explain the options and set this up when you book.

Treatment that needs an overnight stay at our partner hospital has its own finance options, which our team can explain. Finance options

Skin, hand and non-surgical treatments are priced on our guide prices page.
