About the Role
Waterfront Private Hospital is a modern, expanding independent healthcare facility dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a calm and comfortable environment. Following our recent Healthcare Improvement Scotland inspection, which awarded us ‘Good’ grades across all assessed domains, we are now seeking dedicated healthcare professionals and support staff to join our growing bank staff team.

- Theatre Scrub Nurses
- Anaesthetic Practitioners
- Recovery Nurses
- Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)
- Outpatient Nurses

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on your specific role but may include:
- Delivering safe, compassionate, person-centred care to patients
- Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines
- Participating in departmental audits and quality improvement activities

Essential Qualifications & Requirements
For Clinical Roles:
- Relevant professional qualification and current registration (NMC/HCPC as applicable)
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Strong clinical skills appropriate to the role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
For Non-Clinical Roles:
- Relevant experience in healthcare administration or reception
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in IT systems and electronic record-keeping
- Professional and welcoming manner
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
All Roles Require:
- PVG scheme membership (or willingness to obtain)
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work variable shifts as part of the bank staff pool

Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience in a private healthcare setting
- Specialist skills or qualifications relevant to your department
